More meal prep
I made a few more dishes last night to eat for lunch or dinner this week. Pretty excited about both. These dishes had similar ingredients so it was convenient to make them at the same time. No Bean Chili Ingredients 1 onion, chopped 2 bell pepper, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 pound ground beef (I used beefalo) 1 pound ground pork 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp coconut amino 1 tbsp honey 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes Salt & pepper to taste Directions 1.
