I decided to try our one of the 21 Day Sugar Detox non-sweet treat recipes. Just 2 ingredients Kombucha & Gelatin. There is not a lot of flavor but you do taste the kombucha.
I am in the middle of a 21 day sugar detox. Which, if I am honest, I am doing horribly at. The first week went great. I felt good and had lots of energy. Week 2 was a different story. I tried to cut out dairy too and it was too much. I wasn't getting enough calories. So going into week 3 I have a new plan. I spent the weekend making some new recipes. I am also planning on extending my detox by 1 week. So I was determined to give myself a lot of options this week. I made pizza using this crust recipe. We topped it with toppings and yum!!
I made a few more dishes last night to eat for lunch or dinner this week. Pretty excited about both. These dishes had similar ingredients so it was convenient to make them at the same time.
